refunding shipping to a buyer when buying multiple items
I sold 3 items to one buyer. they paid shipping charges on all 3. I read that I could do a refund on shipping to the buyer. I purchased one shipping label for appropriate amount of shipping charges and added that tracking number to all 3 items in ebay. I refunded the buyer the extra shipping charges.
I never received a credit back from ebay for the refunded shipping charges. Did I do something wrong?
