refunding shipping overages
I set a flat rate for my shipping and would like to refund anything over 1.00 more difference in cost to ship, like this: Charge 10, actual is 8.95..refund 1.05... example 2,,, charge 10 actual is 9.05...no refund How can I refund on Ebay after the sale and total shipping are known? Not a problem on Etsy, just hit the refund button and enter an amount, the rest is done for you, amounts refunded to your account, tax adjustments etc.
