refunding shipping costs
I made a mistake in my listing so I accepted a return of the item. I want to refund the initial shipping costs but don't have that option. How can I do that? Thanks.

Mentor5 months agoWhen you go to make the refund you should see that the default amount is the total amount the buyer originally paid. Are you not seeing this?

OP5 months agoIt's showing me the cost of the item, but is not including what the buyer paid for shipping.
