refunding shipping cost to buyer
Does anyone know how to refund shipping cost? According to EBays " Issuing a refund" I am to locate item in SELLER HUB, or MY EBAY SOLD , go to drop down menu and select SEND REFUND. but ther is NO SEND REFUND in the dropdown menu!

Mentor3 years agoIf you refund through PayPal, you don’t get fees refunded. Plus you need to ask the buyer if they have a PayPal account, and to give you their email address. Not everyone uses PayPal.
