I issued a refund for an item and forgot to add in a refund for shipping cost. Now I can't go back and issue the refund for the shipping cost. How can I fix this.
The first refund has to finish processing before you can issue a second one. For example, I issued a partial refund this morning. While it was processing, I could not issue a second refund. Now that I've received the confirmation that the refund had been processed (it took about 20 minutes), I can issue a second refund.
