Mentor9 months agoAlthough you can make a partial refund for the postage you will have a problem as you will have no proof of delivery that eBay will accept. When an item is to be shipped you must ship. Local pick up items send a special code to the buyer to provide the seller to prove delivery. There is no way for the buyer to receive the special code.
You would need to cancel the purchase and relist with the local pick up option for the buyer to repurchase the item and choose that option.
