refunding partial cost for shipping
For some reason Ebay assessed way more shipping cost than was listed for the item. How do I refund the buyer some of the extra shipping he paid? Also, similarly how do I combine shipping cost for a buyer who already paid shipping for multiple purchases and then reimburse him for the extra shipping cost he already paid?

Mentor2 years agoUse the REFUND button in the drop down menu next to the item to do a partial refund.
