Refunding original shipping cost?
Hello,
Can someone explain how it's fair for a seller to not reemburse a buyer for the first cost of shipping?
The original amount was $27.10 + 9.99 and the shipping to me was paid for by me. I returned the item (in the exact same condition it was) back to the seller -- and the seller only refunded $17.10 as if the item had originally been sent out with free shipping.
