Refunding for a buy it now that was sold already on another site. Seller does not have the product to send and its been 7 days!!!!

I have all screenshots where a seller sold a watch on another site afyer i had pushed bought it now. He also said he would like to give me a refund but claimed to not know how. Its been over 7 days with my money and he has nothing to ship me to even return and ebays done nothing so far. Ive bought alot on here and never had such a problem. This is just not right. I have all the proof and I had canceled almost right after like where's my refund ebayyyyyy

Really sorry that happened ... the date you want to keep an eye on is the original estimated delivery date. One day past that is when you can process a claim.

You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

You can file a claim via the item in your Purchase History that you did not receive your item one day past the original estimated delivery date and up to 30 days after that. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to an eventual refund.

Outside of their automated processes described above eBay is not going to do anything based on your screen shots and other information.

Go to your purchase history, select the item, and under more actions, select I didn't receive it.
