Refunding buyer who doesn't use eBay shipping/tracking form
I received the returned item because it was broken in shipping. However, the buyer didn't use the eBay shipping/tracking form, which would have made the refund automatic from eBay when it reached me. I need to pay back the buyer, and will happily do so, but when I hit "refund the buyer" it gives me a message saying "You cannot refund the buyer for this order. You cannot issue a refund at this time because a return request is open for an item in this order." So now what?
