REFUNDING BUYER
HELLO ALL,
I SOLD AN ITEM AND BUYER PAID FOR IT.
THE ITEM IS DAMAGED AND I WANT TO GIVE THE BUYER A FULL REFUND.
WHAT IS MY NEXT ACTION STEP?
I HAVE CONTACTED THE BUYER ALREADY.

Mentor2 years ago@jjpbjr Go to the sold item and select cancel sale from the drop down menu next to the item. You should select out of stock/ damaged. Unfortunately you do get a DEFECT for canceling with this reason. You get your sellers fees back and the buyer will be refunded.
