Refunding an Item for wrong address!!
Hi, I sell stuff on eBay and I have a customer that ordered something from me on April 1, I printed out the eBay order and did all the shipping through eBay. eBay gave me her name and address and I prepared her package and it went out on April 1st as well. eBay added the tracking number for me on the label. I received a message from the buyer that she has not received her package twice now. So I started researching it so I could help her. Ebay gave me her address and that is the name and address I used for it, and responded to her, she was like ok!! Now today I get two messages from here from two different accounts asking me where her necklace is.......I then went back to check it out today and it says no such number and that was on the April 14th. She is demanding her necklace and she gives me her address......which is different then what eBay sent me, she says she paid it with apple pay and that is what I should use.
I thought that if someone buys something from eBay us as seller have to use the address that eBay gives us or it won't be covered under there policy is this correct??
She wants me to send it to a different address and says this isn't her fault as she used apple pay!! As for the package I have no clue where it is at as the tracking just says there is no such address, but yet that is the address eBay sent me!!
Can someone tell me how to contact eBay and get a person to talk to or tell me what the correct thing is with this please!!

eBay can't help with this. The buyer will need to contact whoever is at the ship-to address and arrange to retrieve her package.
In order to maintain Seller Protection, you are required to ship to the address the buyer selects at eBay checkout. Before the buyer completes payment, she needs to review the displayed ship=to address and make a change then if she wants to use an alternate address. Packages are NOT sent to the address on file with Apple Pay or any other payment method selected.
