refunding after 90 days
I had a package returned by the USPS. It is over 90 days old. How do I refund the customer? eBay automated service cannot help.

If that item is no longer on your Sold list, which is the past 90 days from the date of the order, then you will not be able to refund them through eBay as far as I know. It is just too long.
If it is on your Orders list use the drop down menu on the left and scroll down to Send refund, click that. Refund the item price but NOT the shipping cost because that money was spent on the round trip the package took.
