Refunding a Shipping Upcharge
I recently sold a football card, but packaged the card inappropriately. My buyer was upcharged $6.54 by USPS. When I went to issue them a refund, I could not add on the additional $6. Is there a way to correct this? I already sent them a refund for the cost of the card and the shipping they initially paid.

Mentor1 month agoebay will not allow a seller to refund more than the buyer paid. You will need to ask for the buyer's email address and use Paypal to send that amount to the buyer.
