Refunding a buyer on a purchase that doesn't accept returns?
I sold FORD OEM brake parts NIB and my listing said I don't accept returns. The buyer receives them, then realized he bought the wrong parts. Filed a complaint and said he got the wrong parts. The photo of the parts he received matched the exact parts in the photo on my add and the part numbers listed in my ad. Ebay granted him the return and charged me extra !! With shipping and FeeBay, I am now out of pocket a almost $200 and the parts the buyer ordered are sitting in his garage. Does this sound reasonable or fair?
Thank you.
