Refunding a buyer for shipping charges

Hello,

I sold an item to a buyer. The item was caught up in the USPS system for being too thick. The buyer had to pay $3.99. They notified me. I refunded the transaction, however this didn't cover the cost of the shipping they had to pay. How can I completely reimburse this fee after giving a full refund, the system would not allow me to give more than the transaction.

You can send them money through Paypal. You will need to obtain their Paypal email address.
