refunding a buyer a week later
I need to refund a buyer however their refund was supposed to come from a sale that the buyer is now trying to cancel! Can Ebay explain to the refund buyer that their refund will be about a week later and not just a few days from now?

Mentor1 year agoA buyer has NO ability to cancel a transaction. None at all. They can REQUEST a cancellation from the seller. ONLY the seller can actually process a cancellation.
No it is not OK to wait a week to refund the buyer. You will need to do that right away. So make sure you have enough money in your bank account or your back up funding source to cover it.
