Refunding a buyer
I get to the page where it details the amount and gives you option to refund now, when I click on it, it errors everytime.

Has the buyer filed a dispute through Ebay, like a Refund Request/Return Request?

OP3 years agoNo. I agreed to refund which I did. But when I received my items back ( vintage perfume bottles) there was absolutely no care or concern in the repacking and 1 completely crushed, 1 totally broken, several chipped. It's Luke she just shoved them all back in the box and sent it. So upset... these are over 30 years old. I cannot get hold of ebay through all these drop down senerios. I want someone to answer an email. They've ripped me off.. I've sold several items totalling round 400.00 I've seen just 100 only. Plus they've double charged me for labels, 1 label charge was 12.00 what???.
