Refunding a buyer
A buyer has bought my item and it was late at night and I purchased the shipping label but come to find that my item to ship has disappeared and now eBay is saying that my item is on its way to the buyer, so I try to cancel the order and refund it but ebay is holding my funds because I'm new and I can't refund because I have no funds in my bank account what do I do
