Refunding a buyer
A buyer requested a refund, which was issued. The refund was for the price of the item & original shipping. How do I now issue him a refund for the return shipping?

Mentor2 years ago@fabfurs68 Did the buyer use an eBay return label from the request that you approved? If so then YOU paid for the return label and don't need to refund anything. You would see the charge for the return label on your all transaction page here>

If the buyer bought paid return shipping and you wish to refund them then you'd have to do it outside of eBay. You would need to send the money to them using an electronic method like Venmo or PayPal.
