Refunding
Please can anyone help me with this.
I never received the item and because of Christmas? and maybe the distance the seller didn’t receive the item back off customs within 30 days.
The seller never told me the customs bill was €68. I informed the seller instantly that it doesn’t make it viable and requested its return and my refund. All above out of my control.
It’s completely unfair eBay wash their hands with this and the seller walks off with my €212.
EBay don’t seem to care, nobody wants to deal with it? Is there anything I can do to get my money back? Regards M
