Refund/Help
If a seller states that they do not give refunds, can you get a refund if the order is past the expected delivery date? I’ve already contacted the seller for an update (four days ago) and haven’t received anything from them.
Also, does anyone know how to reach an actual person at EBay?

Mentor10 months agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. Once you file, the seller has 3 days to provide a tracking number that shows Delivered or issue a full refund. If the seller does neither, on day 4 you return to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force a refund.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
