Refunded,now seller shipped it

Seller never shipped or responded to requests for information on shipping. Got a refund from eBay. Two days later, got a tracking number that they shipped it. I am confused.

@quickfox1 Mark it return to sender when you receive the item. Be sure to NOT open the package.

OR if you wish you can reach out to the seller to arrange to pay again. It sounds like you're dealing with a new seller.

Thank you! I guess it was covered by the money back guarantee? Does that mean the seller gets charged,or eBay has insurance?

@quickfox1. Refunds come from the seller. When eBay has to step in and force a refund the seller gets a defect on their account and doesn't get their seller's fees back.
