Refunded twice? Very confused
Hi, this is a weird one.
I bought a DVD from a seller I've bought from multiple times. It arrived in new condition as described but I was disappointed to find it was the cut/censored version of the film. I messaged the seller to tell them and was promptly offered a full refund for £6.13 which was put through immediately. This morning I put in a return request since I thought the right thing to do, given the DVD is in good condition besides my personal preference. Ebay automatically refunded me an extra £3.24 and then quickly sent a follow up of "Good news, for being a regular buyer on Ebay and a valued customer, we've issued a refund and you get to keep the item too." It's now closed. I've now been sent more than the item is actually worth and I feel pretty bad about it. This order also contained another DVD which I had no issues with. What should I do here? Anyone experienced something similar? Thank you so much!

OP3 years agoRead somewhere else that this seems to be a gesture of goodwill from Ebay? Still seems weird that I've been refunded more than the items actually worth though
