Refunded - then shipped - delivery notice - no item
You ordered in July.
Item never arrived, and eBay refunded you.
Suddenly the seller shipped the item months later.
USPS shows “Delivered”, but to a different address in your town.
USPS won’t disclose the address (they legally can’t).
Seller is non‑responsive.

OP1 month agoBecause it appears that it was shipped to my address and delivered - based on the ebay notices. I don't want to be accused of now receiving the item and having to send it back or pay for it. thx
