refunded the wrong buyer
I refunded the wrong buyer who who contacted me. I can't get any help from the Assistant and can't find a phone number to call an Agent.

To contact Ebay Customer Service, use the link below, and you can request a call back from Ebay by clicking “Chat with our automated assistant†on the left side of the page. Then type "AGENT" at the bottom in the chat box. (Repeat as needed). You will see an option to request a call back or chat with a CS rep.
