Refunded shipping to wrong buyer! Help!
I accidentally refunded shipping charges to the incorrect buyer. I have refunded the correct purchaser. I now need to cancel refund to the incorrect buyer.

Unfortunately there is not a way to reverse the partial refund from the second buyer. I am afraid that this is going to be an "eBay Tuition" lesson. Hopefully it wasn't a large refund.
You can try reaching out to the buyer and see if they would be willing to snail mail you a check for PART of the refund since they are taking their time to do this. Or send money via PayPal or other electronic payment method.
