Buyer order a motherboard for a creality printer, I had visit recently sold it an hour before and there must have been duplicate listing. I immediately apologized and sent a refund but they left my first poor review in almost 6 months. I work 80 hours a week as an electrician and still offered to build buyer a custom arduino mother board and send it to them for free. Do I deserve this review that effects my selling abilities drastically?
