Refunded lost package & now buyer received it. How do I get paid.
I shipped an item and it got lost in transit for 3 weeks or more. I couldn't get the proper communication with FedEx to issue a claim. So I refunded the buyer. Buyer just now received the item. So how do I get paid since I refunded them already.

Once a Buyer has been refunded, eBay considers the case closed and will not get involved. It's now between you and the Buyer for them to reimburse you. Since you have already had a transaction with them, eBay allows you to send them an invoice via PayPal or Venmo. Hopefully the Buyer will take the high road and repay you.

OP1 year agoThank you for a quick response and maybe an answer to my problem. So, do I just attach a copy of the Ebay invoice to the buyer via PayPal for them to pay me?
