REFUNDED ITEM NOT RECEIVED
I sold two baseball cards in a lot. The buyer said that one of the cards was damaged so I immediately refunded the card and asked him to send it back. He then said he didn't want the other card so I refunded the entire transaction and asked for the cards back. Its been a few weeks and I haven't received the cards back.

OP2 weeks agoI did not. He said he was going to send it back several times a few weeks ago and now has gone silent for over a week.

Mentor2 weeks agoSince you have made a full refund eBay can no longer help you. You should have waited for the buyer to send the cards back before refunding. Once a refund has been made eBay considers the purchase closed and can no longer help. They cannot force the buyer to return the cards back to you.

OP2 weeks agoOk thanks. I was actually able to get a rep from ebay on the phone finally and they reviewed all the communication and are going to step in. Appreciate the response. Unfortunately people don't the right thing. Certainly a lesson learned on my end.
