Refunded item n seller charged me again
Summary: pred3817 was initially refunded by their bank after not receiving an item charged by a seller. Despite this, the seller charged them again two months later, with conflicting tracking information showing the item both en route and returned. The seller has been unresponsive, and pred3817 is frustrated, questioning whether to dispute again with their bank. momtoabeautifuldaughter acknowledges not having expertise on the matter but expresses uncertainty about a seller's ability to recharge after two months.
I was charged for item I never received. Bank refunded me. 2 months later seller charges me again tracking says its enroute when it was supposed to be delivered I get a it was returned to sender notice from out office n then a delivered message, item was never delivered. Can get postman to verify. What do I do now dispute it with my bank again. This seller needs to be held responsible this is not exceptible. He took my money never shipped item didn't respond to 4 emails and even ebay sided with. Now I charged again n don't have the item, don't want the item n not paying for it or to ship it back if it arrives. It's been 2 months

Mentor3 weeks agoHi @pred3817
First: In your first sentence and on the item you purchased but never received AND your bank refunded you. Please explain the claim through eBay that you used to get the refund OR did you file a dispute with your funding source, the Bank???
Next: I agree with @momtoabeautifuldaughter that eBay (NOT the Seller) did simply charge you for a second purchase of the item. You must have inadvertently purchased the item again. If so then you only have to wait one day past the original estimated delivery to file a claim that you did not receive the item THROUGH EBAY. The following is what we advise Buyers when this happens:
The date you want to keep an eye on is the original estimated delivery date. One day past that is when you can process a claim.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
You can file a claim via the item in your Purchase History that you did not receive your item one day past the original estimated delivery date and up to 30 days after that. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to an eventual refund.

Mentor3 weeks agoThis is a subject that I do not really know much about so someone who does will come along soon but I am not sure it is even possible for the seller to charge you again after 2 months?
