Refunded item I won and paid for

I bid on an item and won. Paid for it thru PayPal. The next thing I know my money was refunded. I can’t get the seller to respond to my posts. I don’t know what’s to do. I really want the item I spent time bidding and watching. What should I do?

What was the reason for the cancellation? If the seller stated that YOU requested the cancellation, she did that to avoid a defect. You can report the seller if that was the reason given.

1. Select The seller has violated one of eBay s policies and click Continue.

2. On the next page, enter the seller's ID and select Other.

3. In the comment section, write "Seller cancelled order stating that I asked to cancel the transaction.

Too many defects, and sellers can be restricted or suspended.

unfortunately there isn't a way to physically require a seller ship the item. Did you receive a cancellation notification? What was the reason they cancelled?
