Refunded Item has now been delivered
What can I do next?
Evri confirmed they have lost the item and I took out a claim with them and refunded the buyer.
I've just found out from the tacking that the item ended up being delivered and that evri won't cover the claim as it was delivered in the end and collected and signed for.
Is there anyway of getting the money back from the buyer?
I have message them but they have not replied.
