I'm sorry that happened.
There isn't a way to get your money back but you can report the buyer which goes on their record.
1) Block the Buyer https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/BuyerBlock
2) Report the buyer for misusing money back guarantee https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/resolving-buyer-issues/reporting-issue-buyer?id=4084
I doubt this will be effective, but you can try this after steps 1 and 2
3) Appeal the case to eBay
