Refunded buyer upon request
I sold an item. It had delayed shipping and the buyer requested a refund. I asked the buyer if I approve the refund would they ship the item back if it is delivered. The item showed delivery confirmation. I messaged the buyer requesting the item be shipped back. They said they would ship the item back, but they have not. What is the best plan of action? Or do I just chalk a loss the sell and item?
