Refunded buyer then item arrived.
I refunded a buyer because the item didn’t arrive through the post office. 2 days after I refunded the buyer the item is delivered. Now buyer will not answer messages. Is there any recourse through eBay. I can’t find eBay contact number for help. Thanks,Gary

Mentor2 years agoWas a case opened? If not, you don't need to refund. Sign up for email updates from the USPS, as this seems to shake the package loose. Keep an eye on it. If the buyer asks about it, you can say you are being proactive before refunding.

Unfortunately, there is nothing to be done. You can't force the buyer to repay nor can eBay.
