Once an Item Not Received case is closed and eBay issues the refund, the case is final.
The buyer is not required to repay nor return the item if they have already been refunded.
For higher value items going forward, using signature confirmation or purchasing shipping insurance are the only added protections to help reduce this risk.

OP8 months agoThat seems insane!!!! EBayer doesn’t help sellers at all! All about the buyers. Nothing to buy if no sellers!

Mentor8 months agoYou can send a polite message to the buyer saying you were notified that the item was delivered and suggest repayment or return. The buyer is not obligated to agree to either option.
