Refunded buyer and never received my item back yet.
Hi I sold my specialized turbo Levo comp electric âš¡ bike, and it sold for like $3000 bucks but somwthing happened to it cuz when i got the bike it didn't come with a charger , but it did have a half charged battery when i got the bike but i rode it around until it was dead then it sat for a month or 2 because i didn't have a charger for it. So I listed it on eBay as a fully functional bike but without charger. When the buyer received the item he started that the bike never turned on for him even after letting it sit on the charger all night. So he asked for a refund I gladly accepted the refund because I didn't want unsatisfied customer. Now as a few weeks has gone by I'm still haven't received my bike and can't get the customer to respond any more, now he's has my bike and all his money while I haven't got anything back cash or bike

It's normal to wait with a refund until you have your item back.
I'm sorry that you didn't. There is no procedure to solve this situation.
