refunded buyer
I sent out an order to a buyer in Florida. It somehow wound up in ALASKA. Buyer was convinced it was lost & would not be delivered in time for whatever she wanted it for. I waited a day or 2 & it never left Alaska so I refunded her. She assured me if she ever received it she would return to it to me. She messaged me that she did finally received it & she "returned to sender" however, the tracking insists it was delivered to her door & that was the last info on the package. Am I just out the money bc I refunded her?

The tracking SHOULD update that it's on it's way back to you. Sometimes there can be a big delay before that happens as it's a not always sent back at the same method as it was shipped.
If they buyer SAYS that they sent it back then sadly there's not much you can do.
