Refunded and kept the item after they told me eBay I won and it was in my favor
The customer ordered a Dyson vacuum from me the tube was lost in delivery so I paid for shipping and sent the customer a replacement so I contacted eBay and let them know they said of everything is good they even released the hold the next day I get a email saying I owe eBay 55 dollars bc they refunded the customer and went in the customers favor so now I'm out my shipping money and out a Dyson vacuum and I owe money to eBay
