Refunded an order that I cancelled, but charged
Hello! I had to cancel an order for the first time ever, and I messed it up. I refunded the cost, but apparently it wasn't properly cancelled, and the funds were on hold. So now Ebay wants to charge my bank account for the refund because the payment was on hold. It was a pricey item. I can't find a way to get to chat, email, or phone to get help. Any wisdom?
