Refunded a buyer, created a label, but they never got the label.

Question

I initiated a refund for an item sold and created a label, which I can see in the activity stream of the item, but the buyer did not receive the label and I'm not finding any way to retrieve that label and provide it to them. How do I fix this?

I'm not sure what you mean by 'activity stream'. If you had eBay provide a label through a return request, and then refunded the buyer, the return is closed and the label is no longer available. There is no other way to create a return label though eBay.

You can create a return label outside of eBay at a site like pirate ship.com - print it to a jpeg file that you can send in an eBay message to the buyer.
