Refunded a buyer, but item didn't come back
A couple of months ago, I sold a bracelet for $150 and the buyer asked for a refund and that she will send it back. I gave her the refund but the item did not come back and I wasn't even given tracking info. Two months ago, I tried contacting that buyer to see if she sent back the item, but she never responded.

I’m sorry that this was such an expensive lesson. You never refund before receiving the item back.
The buyer has no incentive to send the item back to you, and eBay cannot force her to send it, nor can they charge her for it.

I'm very sorry, there is nothing you can do other than try again to contact the buyer.
You could try telling her that you did not realize that your refund would close the return, so she is not able to print a label. Explain that you can buy a label and send it to her so she can send the item back.
If she does respond, buy a return label at pirateship.com. Print it to a jpeg file, then send that to the buyer in an eBay message.
