Refunded a buyer before they printed a shipping label.
I hit refund on an order before the buyer hit return. I’ve never had to refund anything, this was a record where the case was worn slightly. It was a manufactured flaw as it was a new record. The buyer was being super picky IMO but I refunded anyways. Now they are ghosting me, do I just need to eat the cost?
