Refunded “lost†item, then it was received
Am I just out the money? I asked to be reimbursed through PayPal but nothing has come through. I refunded the customer because three weeks passed and no item was delivered to her. So I sent a refund and then it was received. What do I do? Thank you!

Message the buyer and ask if they still want the item, or would they like to return it. If return, you will send a return label, if keep, you’d like to send a PayPal invoice, but will need their email address to send it.
Most buyers are honest and will either return the item or pay for it, but not all. eBay can not force them to do the right thing.
