Refundable?
I purchased a ipod touch 7th gen 256gb several months ago. The battery swelled and the ipod blew up basically. I contacted the seller about a replacement or refund since I spent a lot on it. They weren't helpful and now won't respond. I found out that the ipod was a refurbished one. The listing says brand new and sealed. I honestly don't know what to do or what I can do. I tried to find a way to contact Ebay, but unfortunately it's difficult to find a email or get ahold of a real person.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The 30 days to use Ebay's Money Back Guarantee has passed, so Ebay will not be able to help you.
Contact the funding source you used to pay for the item.
