Refund without returning?
I bought 3 concealers but was only sent two. I don’t want to return the order because I want those two but I paid for three. Is there a way to get refunded partially without returning the items?

The seller might refund 1/3 of the purchase price voluntarily if you contact them … but they may insist that you return everything you received (at seller’s expense) before issuing a full refund.
eBay will NOT force a seller to give a partial refund.
