Refund without return and ebay contacts
HI everyone.
How to get ebay help if through the online help section they only offer to call back, and I can't accept calls? I tried different days and daytimes but same - they offer callback only.
On the other hand - what if I buy the item that is guaranteed to fit my vehicle by ebay and seller but in fact it doesn't - can I get refunded without return as I don't have such an option? I'm out of the country and just can't return the useless part. Thanks
