OP3 years agoYes, the refund was apparently from ebay, not the seller. But what do i do with the item? I’ve received no instructions from the seller.

Mentor3 years agoIf you received a courtesy refund from eBay, the item is yours to do with as you see fit.

Mentor3 years agoTypically, if the seller wants the item back the seller will provide a prepaid shipping label and wait to refund the buyer until after the item has been returned.
If you received a refund without shipping the item back, either the seller does not want the item back, the seller does not fully understand the return process, or eBay has stepped in and refunded you directly.
