Refund with the Ebay's internatiional shipping program

The buyer demanded a return. Because eBay International Shipping Program was used, eBay took care of this return. But the buyer does not see the money and bombards me with letters demanding a refund. What should I do? Return status is canceled.

No.

Once your item is received undamaged at the domestic shipping hub, your sale is considered complete. If the buyer opens a return, your item will be returned to a third party service provider or liquidated and you will keep your sale.

it is possible they are trying to double dip, a refund from ebay and a refund from the seller.

what was the reason they gave for wanting to return the item?

@s*k*3* Direct the buyer to contact eBay. He can go to the eBay site in his country, or he can try asking via social media by posting a private message on www.facebook.com/ebay or www.twitter.com/ebay
